The location of this place was fantastic! It was close to the Downs, Beachy Head, and the River Cuckmere walks, which made exploring the area a breeze. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the gardens and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The duvet was crisp and airy, and the pillows were amazing. The bathroom was spotless and well-designed, although a bit noisy with the macerator. The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were top-notch.
There were a few things that could have been better. there was quite a bit of noise coming from the kitchen, which was a bit disruptive.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the countryside and coastline. It was also conveniently located near a village church, which was perfect for our needs. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served, with a great selection of juices and a fantastic coffee.
there were some issues with the room, such as no shower in the ensuite bathroom and no TV or radio. Additionally, the breakfast service was a bit slow and disorganized, taking longer than expected to receive our order.

My recent stay at Saltmarsh Farmhouse was truly delightful. The pictures on their website don't do justice to the beauty of this place. The room I stayed in was incredibly cosy and clean, and the large bed with a comfortable mattress ensured a restful night's sleep. The warm decor throughout the cottage and the availability of an honesty bar, board games, and books added a charming touch to my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cafe served delicious food and pastries.

The location was convenient and close to a village church where we needed to attend a funeral. It was also near the stunning Seven Sisters country park and coastline, which was a definite highlight. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and they served a delicious prepared meal upon our late arrival. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide selection and tasty juices. The bed in our room was comfortable and the sheets were crisp, providing a pleasant night's sleep.
there was a constant noise from a loud refrigerator compressor under our room, which made for an appalling first night's sleep. Although the owner turned off the fridges the following night, they had to be turned on early in the morning, preventing us from having a lie-in.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring that I felt right at home. The double room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained en-suite bathroom and a refreshing shower. I especially enjoyed the full cooked breakfast served in the beautiful garden, surrounded by fresh flowers. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The hotel also had a quaint bar area, where I could enjoy a selection of wines and beers at my leisure. The location was ideal, with the stunning Seven Sisters Country Park just a stone's throw away and various outdoor activities nearby. The peaceful and picturesque surroundings provided a truly serene experience. Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast provided for takeaway on the mornings I had to leave early. I had a wonderful stay at Saltmarsh Farmhouse Guest House and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the farmhouse was absolutely stunning. It was nestled in a peaceful and picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. The staff and host were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The farmhouse itself had a cozy and clean atmosphere, with tasteful decor that added to the overall charm. I especially loved the idea of the honest bar, where you could help yourself to refreshments whenever you wanted. The food served was delicious, and I appreciated that they provided breakfast to take away for our early departures.
One thing that could be improved is the accessibility of the car park. The combination lock was quite difficult to access, especially in the dark.
